Refund, Return&Exchange Policy
For orders that are canceled prior to being marked as shipped, we will provide a full refund.
For orders that are canceled after they have been marked as shipped, no refund will be offered. If you do not require the item, you have the option to refuse the delivery or return it to us at your own expense.
Ploughnavi's 60 Day Return Policy:
a, Most items are eligible for a full money back refund if the product is unused, unworn and in the original packaging within 30 days from the date of purchase. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged when you receive it.
b, Most items are eligible for a full money back refund if the product is unused, unworn but not in the original packaging within 30 days from the date of purchase. We will conduct 5% package fee. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged when you receive it.
c, Orders returned within 31- 60 days are eligible for refund if the product is unused, unworn and in the original packaging. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and 20% return process fee no matter what condition it is when you receive the product.
d, Orders returned within 31- 60 days are eligible for refund if the product is unused, unworn but not in original packaging. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, a 20% return process fee, and 5% package fee no matter what condition it is when you receive the product.
e, Products delivered over 60 days are not eligible for return or exchange.
If an item is returned and it is missing accessories, the retail price of that accessory will be deducted from your return. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Custom items such as custom name tags and custom numbered blankets cannot be returned.
Exchange Policy
Ploughnavi gladly accepts exchanges for any product(not include custom products) within a 60-day return window. The returned item must be in pristine condition, along with its original packaging, which should encompass manuals, unused warranty cards, and all manufacturer-provided accessories. The responsibility of covering the return shipping expenses falls on the buyer, whereas we will take care of the postage for the exchanged item.

Refund and Exchange Timeline:
Refunds will be processed within 1-3 business days upon receipt of the returned items.
For exchanges, we will prepare the new items and dispatch them within 1-3 business days after receiving your exchanged parcel.
Buyers typically receive their refund within 1-3 days after it has been issued by us, with the final date depending on your bank's processing time. If you do not receive your refund after three days, please contact your bank for further assistance.
